Growing and Care Information
- Put your compressed peat puck in the bottom of the capsule and add ¼ cup of water. There should be no standing pools of water, but the germination mixture should be quite wet.
- The seeds are very small. You will want to empty them on to a piece of creased paper. Place seeds on top of soil.
- Cover the opening with plastic wrap and a rubber band to ensure germination. You can remove as early as two weeks after seeds sprout.
- The seeds will start sprouting in one to two weeks.
- Place terrarium in a warm place where it receives bright, indirect light and will not be easily knocked over.
- Water once a month after you removed the plastic wrapping.
- Sedum loves to be in full sun and will thrive in as much sun as you can give them inside.
- This garden was designed for indoor use, do not put in full sun outside.
- Trim off any brown leaves.
- These plants are very easy to grow and will require very little care.
